I need help so bbys first coord doesn't end up a hot mess.

The tights actually have a subtle pattern to them, but the image editing destroyed the details so here they are:

It's a pretty bland coord right now, and I just feel stuck. Everything seems to be out of stock when it comes to accessories, anyone know of some stores that have things that would work? I tried commissioning a hat but the person I was working with just backed out so I'm back to the drawing board.

I'm also unsure of the jacket, but I think I like it. The sleeves on the dress bother me, they come down to the elbows and I think are supposed to poof out but I've been fiddling with them and am totally unsure why they're fighting me. I can't find any worn photos of this dress to help with the styling inspo either. If anyone has one I'd be in your debt, it's Lady Sloth's Lace OP
