Left my precious AP heart bag hanging on my door hook with the rest of my bags. Didn't realize all the weight of the bags were on the AP bag's strap.
After a month or to I decided to re arrange my bags. when I pulled the heart bag off last, a whole chunk of the pleather on the strap stuck to the hook and came clean off.
It was already peeling slightly before but now its super noticeable.
I'm devastated because it's my favorite bag
