/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

Trying this after someone suggested it. My cosplay ideas are basically characters I like as is and wouldn't mind cosplaying as so if one of them suits me, let me know! Otherwise I'm at a total loss because I've cosplayed nothing but generic cutesy stuff for years now. Looking to really try crossplay more as well.
I can do some prop work but I have no sewing skill whatsoever so I'd probably get premade costumes.

I think you'd make a cute Sailor Moon. Some of the artbook designs are cute and simple patterns and if nothing else, premade costumes for the series are everywhere.

Mey-Rin from Kuroshitsuji would be a good fit. There's a klutzy glasses wearing version and a badass sniper version as well.
