Won't really work for cosplay, but for every-day wear I just use a bright red eyeshadow under my eyes and rock that Creepy-chan sickly look.

My hereditary circles are dark purple 'trough's. I just put a little bit of red under my eyes and it takes all of the attention away from the circles so that they're unnoticeable.

I only wear two perfumes: The original Black XS and Olympea. Day and night. Paco Rabanne all day err day, son.

They're both quite 'strong' feminine scents. Black XS is kind of a dark berry and chocolate, while Olympea is sea salt and vanilla.
