Horey shiet man, thanks! Not only the model is very similar, but also damn cheap! It also has another model I'm interested in for another kit and it's like just 70 euros. Wow.

The folding/portable shield idea isn't bad at all, but I might have problems applying it to a pavise or a kite shield

In the meantime another picture, another infantryman in much heavier gear, same time period but style and weapons are extremely typical of venetian troops
