Hey guys. I've decided to buy my next cosplay as it's a school uniform and I'm horrible at making those right now. It's my first time buying a costume since 2010, so I'm not sure if the site is legit or not: cosplaywho.com.

I've tried looking on taobao for costumes as well but I couldn't find anything better than pic related. Has anyone ever ordered from here before? All I've been able to find online are SNK/AOT costume reviews, and those are looking very positive, so I'm just trying to make sure.
