/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

What can I wear underneath this jacket? I've tried it with a Baby blouse with a large peter pan collar and it looks really off, both because of the proportions of the collar and because the material underneath gets a bit bulky. I feel like a regular cutsew would look out of place next to the velvet though. Any thoughts? I thought a bow necktie blouse could look good, but they're usually very high necked and that's not a great look on me.
