This isn't jfashion anon. This is not a spacific fashion. It's more of a term for well dressed guys and not really a specific clothing style with guidelines etc.

Both of these very different looks can be dandy. Dandies do casual wear too. You don't always have to wear a tie and who the fuck says you can't do sunglasses?

Fashion outside of the jfashion community doesn't work that way. There's no rules or guidelines just a general aesthetic. One persons outfit doesn't define anyone else's.
