I'm a lolita fashion noob but am desperate to have this Angelic Pretty Miffy X Parco JSK set. The site implies that this dress is made to order and can only be reserved in person at a few Angelic Pretty stores in Japan. Can someone confirm if this is the case?
Is it not possible to reserve and pay for this dress online and have it shipped internationally? I'm a noob and was not aware if this was a common thing with AP releases.
