I do the tucking too but it doesn't always work, especially if I have to raise my arms a lot. Plus, having to fix your blouse by reaching down under your skirt and petticoat is pretty... unladylike. It get annoying to have to run to the bathroom every time my blouse gets messed up.
I've always wanted to try shirt stays (pic related) but the only ones I can find are for dudes and wouldn't work with a knee-length skirt and hosiery.
