Do you gulls think cutting is the only solution for damaged hair?

My hair is around 85cm and the tips are somewhat damaged (a bit dry, split ends here and there) and I am willing to cut arround 10cm, but I'll do it only if there is no other solution.
It's worth noting my hair has been bleached once before but I don't use any dye on it anymore

Any tips? Been doing treatment once a week, argan oil everyday, is there something else I could do?

I went to the official set up party Oct 2013 and it was pretty dismal. Thankfully me and my group are outgoing and the type to get things pumped or else I don't think anyone else would've dared step on the dancefloor for the whole night. It did pick up but it took a lot of coercing for all the shy people.
Also I had to go buy tights to put on before being allowed in. Felt like a school disco ffs

It's in a new location now and apparently they're aware of it being kinda crappy before so it's likely it'll be at least a bit better. I'm not going but for those who are I hope it is!
