dont ask for better photos. thats the rulebooklet they gave all players this year, no "mandown".

your excerpt from the rulebook they present online (version 6.dontaskmeitsthemostrecentone) is the same i have here too (so you aren't "wrong", its just we both are right).

all in all, people cant write coherent rules...
in the final battle we had a few stopps, and 1 or 2 "Downs" no mandown though this year
