Personally I think it's unacceptable to show any form of self injury in a public place - do what you like among your family or friends but it's not something that you should be parading around in front of strangers.
Particularly in pic related where the cuts are fresh, I don't know why she felt compelled to post that photo (the others could be forgiven) on such a public forum

I do assume it's largely attention based, especially given her saying this:
