The level of back peddling by staff is hysterical. Who's ready for some disappointment this year?

Last thread in autosage. Stories, pictures, overall thoughts on the con as a whole.

Other than my problems with the embassy, i felt the convention was just lacking this year. Was the con center itself smaller? It really felt smaller. On saturday all the aisles were completely crowded. I didn't have these issues last year. I did get to meet up with more people. Photoshoots had hardly any people. Also, can someone confirm what caused the fire alarm? I heard it was because the smoke machines and the hotel didnt shut the detectors off.
Only weird story i have is from a friend of mine
>friend starts telling me this chick came up and gave him her number
>she then mentions she's an escort and was selling cocaine
>friend was baffled and told her to fuck off
>she starts talking to teens to try and sell cocaine

few hours later
>i run into friend at hyatt and he's telling me this story
>turns out said escort was listening
>sends friend a text asking why he'd be going around telling people bad things about her
>she asks him in text: Is it because you're afraid people will find out i'm a transvestite?

I got to see these texts. Needless to say this guy gets the weirdest shit happen to him.
