Why is AP's Sissy Time so popular? It's awful.

I know they released Sissy Time last year. Then released Sissy Time this year with a new colorway. Now they're doing a MTO for Sissy Time.

Re: anon in last Lolita General. Turns out Sissy Time does come in pink. I actually really like it but that name is just way too unfortunate.
