Thinking about doing one of the outfits from Twice’s TT video. Dahyun’s bunny costume would be cute but I really don’t want to overheat. Probably going to go with Nayeon’s devil costume.

I would say Ben Nye clown white face paint is your friend. Homestuck cosplayers have tutorials everywhere on how to apply and seal it. No idea about the hair...if you don’t want a wig and are ok with having to wash your hair repeatedly use colored hair spray. If you get a wig from Party City or whatever you can do a wash of it in fabric softener and it should reduce the shine.
