Posting on a website made specifically for fetishes makes as much sense as bodybuilders or crafters or lolitas having their own websites and communities. Yes, there is always a chance someone unrelated will see it. But generally, unless you go looking for a specific person, you won't see anyone you know and accidental run-ins are rare.
