Depends. It comes in different weights/thicknesses, the thicker it is the harder it is to work with. You'll want a very strong needle for the thick kind (Imagine those plastic purses and bags) but the thinner kind like pic related should be pretty easy. Use clips instead of pins since any hole made in the vinyl is permanent and use a roller or teflon foot to made sure the vinyl doesn't stick. If you don't have either, I've ghettoed it out with masking tape stuck under a regular sewing foot and it sewed perfectly. Or course, always sew some test pieces and get a feel for the material and see what works for you before ruining anything important.

If you're really desperate for a close match, get black fabric and draw in the lines yourself or spoonflower it.

Blush isn't really necessary for men but you probably want to use concealer unless your skin is already near perfect, fill in or pluck your eyebrows and contour/highlight.
