I think for the hair you could take a nod from the Audrey pic on the right and do curls with bangs, and maybe tie back a section with a ribbon or pin with a floral clip.
I would skip over those tights you have and get ivory/ whatever white shade matches the OP lace tights instead.
The idea of the coin purse is nice but the pink doesn't seem the match the op, maybe something similar in ivory, light brown, or another color could work? Or you could try to find a vintage floral or beaded coin purse instead.
For the shoes you could always get plain ones and adorn them yourself with matching flowers or bow clips. I thought pic related style could be kinda nice, and there are similar non-patent heels like this out there too if you don't like the shine.

I think OTKs work if your dress reaches the top of them, ie you don't end up with like a gap of skin, then a chunk of socks, and then your shoes. If that isn't the case then go with tights instead-- they probably work better.
