Currently living through a story of my own and need advice.

>Send gift to friend, full of j-fashion items
>Everything's going well, package about to be delivered today
>Suddenly 'package marked as undeliverable
>Friend was home all day, no slip given
>Check reviews for their post office, apparently every single package that goes through that centre is marked as undeliverable
>Calling USPS but can't reach a proper human
