I've always wanted to do a gundam cosplay, was thinking of doing a simple Fraw Bow cosplay. However, I wanted to amp it up by doing a Haro companion that lights up, flaps, speaks and rolls around. Was thinking of doing the base from a basic hamster ball, but I'm drawing a blank of the technical aspect such as wiring and motors. Would anyone point me in the right direction for materials and equipment to use?

I used to do stained glass a lot as a kid. I still do, but not a lot due to school, its an expensive hobby and messes your hands up if not careful.
Lately Ive had this dream to a large window design paying homage to giant mecha, I want to draft a design outline soon, but reading week is almost done...

I'm trying to make a Haro pillow prop. I have stretchy green fabric. The seams are very important and I'm trying to stay away from the "beach ball" look for its roundness. Instead, I'm trying to figure out what two shapes I need to cut out in order to make Haro's mouth line. The seam will be Haro's mouth line.
1. Is this possible? I'm hoping the stretchy material will round out after I over stuff it.
2. If possible, what shape do I cut out?

I've been scratching my head for a while and the closest thing I could muster was two ovals or two peanut shaped pieces. The ovals are what I'm leaning on because they make the waves more subtle. Any input would help greatly!

Also, ignore the circles on it's sides. I'm just going to patch them on later.
