Because they kind of are but not exactly. Think of it as the whole square vs rectangle argument. You can (although incorrectly) call a square a rectangle because parallel sides have equal lengths, but you can’t call a rectangle a square because not all the sides are the same length. Net idols are overseas idols, but some overseas idols (similarly to Stellure or Chirigirls) are promoting primarily outside of the internet and there for are not net idols.
