When considering the sizing of lolita dresses, when they refer to waist size, should I use my underbust/rib measurements instead (I'm new to lolita and I hear that lolita dresses are very tight). My waist measurement is 24.5 inches and my underbust/rib measurement is 30 inches

After all, all that matters is the girl whom your preferences are attached to her body; which is something I am trying to emphasize here and I think it is very unfair for us men to have such a strong preference (big tits and ass) for something that women cannot absolutely control outside of getting that plastic shit I hate furiously.

This is probably fine since there can always be girls who are skinny, have a healthy weight and nevertheless can still look "ana-ish".
Its the same with some men where they are super skinny without any muscle, may look anorexic, but nonetheless are fine given they're in the lower end of healthy weight, but not underweight.
