/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

this is a fairly simple cosplay that I have almost done besides the props. I was wondering about the black around the eyes. Do you guys suggest to paint the black straight onto my face or have a mask type thing kinda like Robin's mask?

also for the shoes (girl in front), I tried to see if I could simply go buy them and get the shoe laces else where but i cant seem to find running shoes with the mesh in that color combo. Any idea how I should go about altering shoes to achieve that?
