You have to be thin, be flat/be able to minimize your bust, and be short anough that your thighs aren't showing too much. Otherwise, you look like an ageplayer or normie in a romper. It's also a good idea to wear tights or OTKs instead of ankle socks so you don't show too much leg skin.

The print matters a lot as well. If you don't look really young, you will always look like ageplay in pastel vomit prints/colors.
