Don't assume my opinion is exclusively biased. in the end, all of this is modern fashion. I just find that it looks a lot better when you're trying to emulate his North clothing and you wear clothing that actually fits, a lot of people tend to agree. No more no less. In the end it still 21st century, and people can wear what they want. I just like it when breeches fit, and waistcoats don't look like bags.

Just as the Anon above shouldn't talk about what they think I think, you should do a little research. Full color, multilingual, international fashion magazines with textile samples, patterns and periodicals were a thing since the end of the 17thC. We have a very complete knowledge of 18th+ century fashion.
