My order's in transit now. Overall cost with insurance and SAL was about £200 which I'm pretty happy with since I'd be happy to just pay that much for the coat.

Some popular TaoBao stores do custom sizing so that could be right for you. I'd look through the archives. Some people are very happy with the custom sizing a store does but some stores seem to do it poorly.
