http://fattogami.tumblr.com/post/55535810171/how-to-sew-a-sailor-uniform-part-1-sewing-the-top this is the basic idea that I used to sew my Fukawa top in terms of a tutorial. The general construction is the same from thsi tutorial, at least in terms of the collar; I put in a side-zipper and modified how the cuffs worked so that they had a cleaner appearance. However, instead of drafting my own pattern I used a burda pattern for a long-sleeved T-shirt and sized it up to account for the fact that my fabric had less stretch than jersey knit. It turned out pretty well in the end in my opinion although it was a bit of a rush job and could be improved. Your skirt is a basic long pleated skirt, just topstitch two pieces of ribbon along the entire lower hem before pleating. Pin it before stitching. Sage for selfpost.
