I thought I might try asking a quote from a "Taobao shopping service" via eBay and compare it to the price of an item I want that's on taobao (a classical puppets petti).
But what the heck is this jibberish?....

If I understand, they're saying 18.48 USD is the price it costs to get it all delivered to their house in China.
Then I choose my International shipping method (i.e e-packet... so make the cost now 23.48 USD).
Then, they'll charge me their Paypal Fee for them plus 0.3 (whatever the fuck that is).
So that makes the equation

23.48+1.04+0.3 = $24.80 USD total to deliver to my place......
Sounds too cheap for pic related?

I have the CP petti in pic related and I was thinking about buying a second one for extra poof, since its poof is pretty subtle (it's just one layer). The dress I'm planning on wearing them with isn't made out of heavy fabric, but I do want a bit more poof than usual. Would it end up being too much if I layered these two together?
