Everyone who was interested in the nail polish:
It arrived today in a bubblewrap pocket envelope thing and a small layer of bubblewrap around the bottle, but it was broken. It's done the thing where the glass neck snaps off inside the plastic top thing. If you order something like this be careful when you take it out of the packaging, I got some on my clothes (but luckily just some old pyjamas).

I thought id try it out before throwing it away. Presumably because it is open due to the neck snapping off, its a bit gummy so doesnt paint very easily. I painted my nails yesterday so decided to put it on a false nail instead (the nail has like a lace pattern on it, so thats what you can see through the polish). It seems to take a very long time to dry, its been about 15 mins and its still wet to the extent that if i touch it a bit will go on my finger. However, the colour change does work! The dark purple is what it is like cold, and the pink is when i was running it under warm water.

So basically: bottle broke in post, a bit gummy (probably because of the break), and takes a long time to dry. The colour change does work, however. In the interests of fairness, it might be better if it comes sealed.
