Any answer will be very generalised as it isn't a fashion per se (beyond westerner's definition) but quite a few looks with similar themes and aesthetics that arose from those who worked at and bought items from the Cult Party/The Virgin Mary thrift store.
So in general, outfits are often super layered, with creative use of different textures and lengths of outfit items, inclusion of things like doll's heads, crosses (religious or medical) are used but not necessary and adds an edge beyond just being 'cute'. Mainly a dusty and/or soft pastel colour palette is used with bright red thrown in (either in the outfit or the lipstick and blusher).

So to summarize; dreamy, whimsical antique/vintage doll with classic shoujo and occasionally somewhat edgey elements.
