First of all, as previously pointed out, there's a huge difference between conducting yourself properly in public and actively seeking out friends, the latter of which is much harder, especially if you're in the majority of lolitas and cosplayers who are socially awkward and/or have serious anxiety issues. Secondly, if people asking for advice on how to make friends warrants your hatred, you should just get out of lolita (or cosplay) right now because you're going to spend your entire time in misery. Also, literally every single person I've ever known IRL to say shit like this has been a very cringe-worthy individual, and there's not a lot worse than being on a high horse and completely unaware of your own social shortcomings at the same time.
