Yeah that's a legit reseller. Even Milanoo sometimes resells actual Taobao stuff but they're a lot more hit-and-miss and not worth the risk.

I got kind of lucky with Milanoo. I bought one thing from them (a wig) YEARS ago and it was decent! Then I thankfully found the horror stories that people have had. Even trouble they have had getting refunds.

It is safer to just avoid the site.
