So, I compiled this chart from the ECMWF snowfall models... It doesn't look like there's any good time to drive to Katsu on Thursday at all. Maybe late at night. Heaviest snowfall from 7-10 and 1-4, if I'm interpreting the models correctly.
We're probably getting a cheap hotel in Oxon Hill tomorrow night, get down early.
