Mostly people talking to each other and linking it to each other. It's not the majority but a lot of the times it seems softcore porn + slightly creepy affect equals menhera to some people. That's one of the main reasons why I prefer looking for coords on here. It's still pretty much sfw whereas people often tag eroguro/ero menhera as plain gore or menhera.
