Build pepakura tabs out, brush silicone caulking thinned with mineral spirits inside, pour in several small mixes of smoothcast 65D and swish around to cover surfaces evenly. Tear off pepakura and silicone. It's like a one-time-use mold.

Made some vest closures today for the rest of the demon hunter costume, from scraps, they're about 1 1/4" wide. Probably going to hold these on with velcro. Also, they are angry owls.
