I don't know if this information is accurate or not, but when I placed my 11.11 order with yoybuy, they sent me pic related. They make it sound like my taobao items were on an unrelated sale (and they were able to order them on 10.11), but some of them clearly said "11.11 sale" next to the price. Maybe tmall and taobao (or just different shops) do 11.11 differently? It could explain why some anons' items don't show as 'on sale' yet.
