Well, I started taking the lace off and found out why is was there. It's covering up the horrible seam that is inexplicably on the outside. I planned on replacing it with a better quality lace (you might be able to see how cheap and shiny it is in the photo). Should I choose black or white lace? I plan on coording it with either a white or black blouse, black shoes with white trim, white or black socks, and pearl necklace/headband to accessorize.
