Hey is this a good place to request a picture I saw once? I saw it a few times so I think it’s fairly well known. It a picture of a black girl wearing a blue (or greenish?) jsk, the picture was taken outside, I think the jsk had some kind of bakery themed border print and it was a fairly simple dress but her poof was phenomenal, she looked perfect. I think she had a curly bob wig and was wearing non round-toe heels? It is one of my favorite Lolita pictures ever and while I do think I saved it i lost most pics off my old computer.
