Otherwise just suck it up and go as fat versions of your favorite superheros and just don't do any outfits made of spandex. If your costumes look good and are as flattering as you can make them no one is gonna give a shit that you're "too" fat. It's Halloween not America's Top Model. This whole holiday is about stuffing yourself with candy anyway.
