general concrit i think applies for lolita or not. sorry! it's wordy!
first the glasses - they're huge, they make your eyes look smaller. and your nose bigger (making your eyes seem even smaller) the glasses plus hairstyle make your head look huge and tall. don't do your hair up so high. if you're worried it looks flat you can curl it from below your ear. the corset cuts your body up and looks awkward. and it doesn't enhance your outfit. i have a similar one, the satin isn't flattering and there isn't any fancy detailing to flaunt. a real corset would give you a curve in the waist, the one you wear gives the silhouette of a cylinder. and it gives you a tad uniboob. then you look "poofed" around your shoulders and chest because of the ruffles on the shirt. my eyes group the corset with your "upper body" and thus "bottom body" looks short and stumpy. because your knees are visible (it's not about the ~lolita modesty no knees~ crap) it looks even stumpier. the balance of your figure feels like an upside down triangle...also your eyebrows look thick. pic related kind of expression. you could tidy them, give it a trim/pluck and draw them in.

tldr;
>don't tie your hair high
>ditch huge glasses
they make your head look huge, your eyes too small

>lose the $10-looking corset
>if you keep the blouse, get rid of the boob ruffles (sleeves are pretty though)
>try to hide knees under skirt
they make your top body too long and large, your bottom half too small

>trim to thin out and draw your brows
>take photos in more flattering angle

you're petite and you have good complexion, all you gotta do is find the right clothes to suit your body and you'll look rocking good! if you could apply some make up it'll be even better but that's totally up to you of course.
