Hello. I tried asking this before but didn't get a reply so I'm trying again. I'm not sure how to get this look for Sami from Advance wars (series.) Also what color Arda wig would be good for this or Epic or any big wig store? (I have a big head at 24 inches.)

Here's an image of his whole suit. You can probably make his belt out of Worbla or foam (that's what I'm doing.)

The outfit I'm not sure but I'm asking this other guy who did outfit 3 on where he got his spandex outfit from.
