I want to get it out of the way before I give suggestions: You are insanely adorable and that hair style choice is A+ on you.

As other people suggested, get rid of the tights and cuffs. I actually don't mind the bonnet, but rearranging the flowers is a must. Maybe find some a bit smaller? For shoes, I would try heeled boots or a pair that cover your entire foot up to the ankle. Look for something a little ruffly. For the blouse, try a long sleeve sheer blouse or something like pic related in black. Look for bracelets with a rose motif if you want to keep the short sleeves.

Instead of going for just "cute," I think that jsk would really look gorgeous with a "romantic" feeling to it. I hope I don't sound like a fucking idiot, but there's my honest opinion.
