Yeah, the top isn't as thick as the rest of the tights. It's a bit lighter but it also depends on how much your thighs stretch them. If you have small thighs, it won't be that much of a color difference.

At the largest point, they're 23'. I thought the same thing but bought them because they were so cheap and I really like them. They make my legs look slimmer and longer.

Also, I've put off buying this dress for months and now that I want to add it to my order I can't find it anywhere. I know it's a Liz Lisa replica but the only listing I found had it going for $60. I tried the term "森女碎花连衣裙" but I get mostly mori kei-ish items. Any other search terms I could use to get more results?
