punks and lowlifes are the rebelious people, they would represent the subproduct of a shitty world. If the world was not shitty, why would punks, lowlifes, and rebelión emerge?

In the fashion this can be reflected by the use of jackets with symbols, and objects that seem neccesary for survival, AKA googles, gloves, big boots. For a "futuristic hacker", it makes sense to have wires all over, tubes that seem to connect to something, that become plastic dreads. In fashion symbols deconstruct into textures and materials, but they may come from somewhere, specially in punk, which is very strongly relying on ideals of freedom and rebelion.
