Right off the bat, it desperately needs color balancing. Too blue and too green, but when you adjust them bring the greens in the foliage and costume back up in Lightroom or with adjustments>selective color in Photoshop.
Here's what just the color adjustments would look like.

Other than that, it's a decent shot... Not amazing but not horrible.
The composition's a bit centered, with her body exactly in the middle, but the pose starts to fix that. I'd move or have the cosplayer turn her arms just a little so there was more depth.
