Hey anon, I think you should fix some of the kanji up.

For reference, it says 音無涼子の記憶ノート (blow it up if you wish to get a closer look). I understand you'd want to make the writing a bit uneven and crooked because that's how it is in canon but the problem is some of the kanji aren't written correctly.
