Although I wouldn't wear it like this, I think she does a get job with mix and matching leather accs. For the left pic I think it's just the best way to "OTT" it without making it awkward, while the right pic does lean more towards what I'd call fetishist. Of course, none of these are as bad as face harnesses, for example.
