The orignal ones aren't, but it seems some Chinese sellers made it with a swimsuit fabric. To be honest, though, I wouldn't risk it. Only one or two Taobao sellers send quality versions - does anon remember their names?
I'd never thought I'd say this, but the Hot Topic swimsuits seem better for actual swimming anyway.
