The blouse on the left seems too sweet for the dress, but the lacy bolero may work. You could even try wearing it under the dress as a blouse.
Otherwise iirc there were a few nice looking lace blouses on LM.

For shoes I think a bow pump in a pink or mauve-y tone would be nice like pic related. These are VM but I think you could find similar styles on taobao or from more casual or vintage inspired brands like axes femme. Another option could be tan or ivory/beigey shoes as well.

If you work off a dress that contains both wine and red it seems possible? Maybe just lay the items you're thinking about together and see if they look alright.
I think the key to using similar-but-not-the-same tones is to ensure that they're different enough to tell apart so it doesn't look like you mistook them for the same color and are attempting to match them.
